Calling All Women Encouragers

Yesterday was a Tuesday that felt like a Monday in all the worst ways.

I woke up feeling behind and frustrated. Worries about life and ministry were swirling around my head as I walked my son to school and got ready for work. I was holding back tears at my first meeting of the day - until, thankfully, my team made a little space for me to process what was going on.

In the Go and Tell Gals office, we know that sometimes processing with a team member isn’t a distraction from the job, but might be the most important thing we do to move forward in a day. Because often the tensions that we feel are what other women are wrestling with, and God has put us in a unique place to equip + encourage women like us. Women like you.

So they processed with me, and if I’m honest: they used my coaching tips on me. They’ve heard me ask these questions hundreds of times, and so they used my tricks against me in the best way.

It was humbling and the most helpful. And once again, I fell in love with coaching. I fell in love with the way we coach at Go and Tell Gals - which is gospel-centered and focused on helping women take the next step in their calling.

I LOVE coaching. And I love being coached. But more than anything, I love helping other women step into their calling as coaches.

That’s why we created our coaching licensing program. We’ve developed a system for coaching women from all walks of life and seasons, and now we hand that same program to other women to step into their gifting and build a business or ministry with their own coaching skills.

If you’ve ever wondered if you could be a coach or a consultant or something like that… today is for YOU. We have an interest call at 4 pm EST (it will be recorded for anyone who can’t attend live). We’ll share what makes our licensing program different, what we give our coaches in training, and you’ll even hear from some of our past licensed coaches.

It’s free, and there’s no risk just to come and hear more! We’re looking for more women encouragers. We need you. The people need you!

See you there?
