Monday 2:00 | Small Group Time Questions

In your groups:
1. Introduce yourselves: what’s your season like?
2. Pick someone to pray for your group: for honest conversations, for Holy Spirit to speak, for no shame, and for healing and hope to come.
3. Read Matthew 11:28-30 and as a group, ask God for fresh eyes. How does this passage make you feel? Does it feel real in your life? Are there seasons where you have experienced the light and free life?
4. Take the physical book, take a pen, and take the quiz on pages 59-61.
5. Share what you found in the quiz, does this track with how you’ve been feeling?
6. Chapter 2 is called “It will get worse if it doesn’t get better.” What happens if your main area of fatigue doesn’t get better? What could happen? What happens if it DOES get better? If you get rest in this area?
7. There are 5 lies that keep us from resting, beginning on page 34. Look over these together and discuss which are holding you back the most. Are there any lies not listed that are also plaguing you?
Pray over the person to your right, speak life over her, and ask God for more wisdom, insight, and healing as the retreat unfolds.

Monday 7:00 | Reflection Time Questions

What do you think God thinks or feels about your fatigue? Does that sound like Him?
What does a light and free life look like for you?
What is exhausting you that can’t change?

What’s the catch?

I’m hosting a free retreat for two reasons:

1. I’m deeply burdened by the fatigue my fellow sisters in leadership are experiencing. I’m broken over the pace that is crippling us and stealing our peace. I want to help so we can all keep going.

2. I don’t want to send you another book box that clutters your house. I’d rather share the principles from this book with you in person. If you’re blessed by the retreat and want to share the book, praise God! But you are under no compulsion and should feel no obligation.
