It’s Hard to Believe in What You Can’t See

Do you need to see what freedom looks like?

Do you need a space to let it all out?

When I started talking about body image + freedom, I knew it would take patience for women to catch on. It seemed like there would need to be some gentle conversations - some casual spaces where women could wade in and get used to the water. Because these conversations are intense, world-changing, and so incredibly personal, I prepared myself to proceed with caution and careful words. And I’m so glad I did.

But what I also noticed is this: many women did NOT need to take the path to freedom slowly. These women were ready to celebrate that their bodies were good, and they didn’t want to hold back.

Maybe some of you resonate with this? You’re ready, you’re in, you want other women to experience the liberty you’re living in.

That’s why we created Good Body Gals, our online community of women exercising their God-given freedom. We do weekly workouts, we meditate on God’s Word together, but more than that, we’re cultivating a space where women can come and see what it means to be free.

We share what we’re hearing from God!

We move in new ways together!

We share playlists, recipes, and tips that are helping us celebrate our good bodies.

This is a place where women can testify to how it felt to wear their bathing suit and be free.

This is a place where women can get wisdom about how to speak life over their children’s bodies.

This is a safe space where you can exercise + move in a way that is actually life-giving. This is a community that might encourage you and teach you how to do a headstand.

It’s for the women who need to see how others flesh out their freedom and it’s for the women who need a space to testify + proclaim their own healing.

We’ve just released our November calendar of content and I’m telling you, it’s going to be the best month so far. Check it out and join us this month.
