The Best Thing About Fall Isn’t Pumpkin Spice

Hate me if you want to, I still hold fast to this truth:

The best thing about fall isn’t pumpkin spice . It’s the wild + unbreakable truth that God is mighty even in this season.

The “vibes” of autumn are sweet; I’ll give you that. The cozy sweaters (if you don’t live in Charleston, like I do), the warm drinks, the colors, the leaves, the apple picking - I get it, I love it all too.

But the best thing about September 22-December 21 (the official fall season) is that GOD IS HERE, and He’s on the move.

He’s in our midst. He’s using His kids to bring the kingdom of heaven to earth, and He’s always doing a new thing - no matter what month it is.

As much as we hype up this season for all the worldly reasons, there are also a few pitfalls that plague us, am I right?

The schedules pick up, the hours become hectic, and the long days of listless lounging slip right through our summer-sunned fingers. But freedom is not gone forever.

Freedom is ours for the taking, even in fall.

At Go and Tell Gals, we have this excellent digital guide we call “Fall Into Freedom.”

It’s for any woman who wants to make the most of this season, whether she loves an apple cider latte or not. It’s for any gal who needs a little help listening to the Lord about what He wants to do in the months to come.

We believe that harvest doesn’t have to mean hard times.

Fuller schedules don’t mean freedom has to be gone.

This season, the one that starts today, is abundant because God is in it, and He will give us the insight, wisdom, and help we need to worship when the days are full.

Fall into freedom with me?
